Dystopian editorial illustration for a cover: a nighttime, aerial, slightly tilted view of a dense Latin American coastal city and its surrounding rural territory. The scene is fragmented into glitch-like blocks, suggesting overlapping crises. Left: dark high-rises, giant screens with fragmented news/election graphics, surveillance cameras, and a small line at a fenced polling station. Center: a sober university building with only a few lit windows, silhouettes debating democracy, human rights, and sustainability; thin beams of light connect city, sea, and countryside but are interrupted. Right and background: agroindustrial fields partly flooded or dry, silos, a deteriorated neighborhood with a brightly lit fenced sports court, and shadowy mountains with ambiguous distant lights; a dark palette with cyan/orange accents, clean style with no explicit violence.
