Lean Start-Up as a Strategy for the Development and Management of Dynamic Entrepreneurships

In recent years, several methodologies have emerged for the development and management of enterprises and new enterprises. One of the methodologies with the greatest impact in the global entrepreneurial community in the creation of the launch, developed by Erick Ries in 2008. This is based on the principles of scientific method and artistic creation. In this scenario, the objective of the present investigation is to analyze the methodology of Lean Initiation as a process of management and development of enterprises, mainly states as dynamic. In addition, a brief comparative analysis with other similar methodologies will be carried out in such a way that it is possible to objectively justify the use of this method.
Resumen
En los últimos años han surgido una serie de metodologías para el desarrollo y la gestión de emprendimientos y nuevas empresas. Una de las metodologías con mayor impacto en la comunidad emprendedora global es la del Lean Start-up, desarrollada por Erick Ries en el año 2008.Ésta se fundamenta en los principios del método científico y de la creación artística. En este escenario, el objetivo de la presente investigación es el de analizar la metodología del Lean Startup como proceso de gestión y desarrollo de emprendimientos, principalmente aquellos clasificados como dinámicos. Además, se realizará un breve análisis comparativo con otras metodologías similares de forma tal que sea posible justificar objetivamente la utilización de este método.
Resumo
Nos últimos anos, vários métodos surgiram para o desenvolvimento e gestão de empresas e novas empresas. Um dos métodos com maior impacto na comunidade empreendedora global na criação do lançamento, desenvolvido por Erick Ries em 2008. Isto é baseado nos princípios do método científico e da criação artística. Neste cenário, o objetivo da presente investigação é analisar a metodologia de Lean Initiation como um processo de gestão e desenvolvimento de empresas, principalmente estados como dinâmicos. Além disso, uma análise comparativa com outras metodologias similares será realizada de tal forma que seja possível justificar objetivamente o uso desse método.
