Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- By uploading the article, the author indicates to the editors that the submission has not been previously published or submitted for consideration by any other journal. If it has been submitted to other journals, an explanation should be attached to it in the comments to the editor.
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word format.
- All articles in the references must present the DOI or, if they do not have one, the URL must be provided.
- The text has a 1.5 line spacing, a times new roman font size of 12 points, italics are used instead of underlining (except in URL addresses), and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed in the places of the text appropriate, rather than at the end.
- The text brings together the stylistic and bibliographic conditions included in the Author Guidelines, in About the Journal.
- In the case of sending the text to the section of peer review, the instructions in Ensuring remain anonymous evaluation.
RESEARCH RESULTS ARTICLES
Articles of the type of COLCIENCIAS are accepted: 1. articles result of research, 2. articles of reflection with new data, propositions or hypotheses on research concluded and published and, 3. articles of literature review. These articles will be submitted to editors' review, peer review, style review, layout and finally publication. Each step will be communicated to those interested. Articles can be submitted in English, Spanish or Portuguese. Maximum extension 12000 words with their respective cites and references.
MASTER FINAL DEGREE PROJECT
In this section contributions of scientific articles are accepted according to the typology of COLCIENCIAS and in which the results of the master's and doctoral degree works are presented. These articles will be submitted to editors' review, style review, layout and finally publication. Each step will be communicated to those interested. Articles can be submitted in English, Spanish or Portuguese. Maximum extension 12000 words with their respective cites and references.
FREE ASSAY ON SCIENCE TOPICS
Contributions are accepted outside the typology of scientific articles of COLCIENCIAS. This type of work will be submitted to the evaluation process by a couple of the Autonomous University of the Caribbean who will rule on the relevance, consistency and form of the presentation of the free trial. The free essay will have a maximum length of six thousand words including quotes and references.
BOOK REVIEW
The book review is another way to participate in Business Dimension. These articles have the following rules: 1. They are not scientific articles, therefore, they will not be peer reviewed, 2. They will be approved by one of the members of the Scientific Committee or the Editorial Committee, 3. Their extension has a maximum of six thousand words , 4. The books to be reviewed should not have more than five years of publication, 5. Self-help manuals or textbooks are not accepted, 6. The author of the book must be a scientist of recognized relevance in economic or administrative matters.

The publication authorization includes its electronic file and its adaptation, if necessary, for its incorporation in the network or in any electronic format or database, as well as attaching the necessary metadata to register the work, trademarks of water or any other security or protection system.
6. The publication authorization includes reproduction on digital media. As well as its distribution and making available through institutional archives through the Internet, distribute copies, and exhibit it in Colombia and outside the country, as well as include the article in national and international indexes.
7. The author assumes all responsibility, including compensation for damages, that could be exercised against the Universidad Autónoma del Caribe by third parties who violated their rights and interests because of the assignment.
For its part, Dimension Empresarial undertakes to respect in any case the rights of the author contained in Article 30 of Law 23 of 1982, or any after it and will make the article available to the users of the Journal so that make a legitimate use of it, as permitted by the applicable legislation, provided that its authorship is cited, commercial benefit is not obtained, and derivative works are not made.
The authors agree to accept the conditions of this intellectual property note, which will be applied to this submission when it is published in this journal.
