Modelo da Teoria de Aceitação e Uso de Tecnologia Aplicado a Empreendedores

Resumo

Este estudo examina a validade de construto e a relevância das categorias envolvidas no modelo UTAUT 2 no contexto de empreendedores, visando avaliar se seus conceitos são aplicáveis para entender como esse segmento populacional adota novas tecnologias. Modelos anteriores de aceitação de tecnologia, como TAM e UTAUT, foram projetados principalmente para funcionários e consumidores, tornando-se uma oportunidade para conduzir uma análise específica para ver como eles se encaixam nas realidades dos empreendedores. A tecnologia desempenha um papel fundamental no sucesso de empreendimentos empresariais, e os empreendedores, que muitas vezes trabalham em ambientes dinâmicos, enfrentam desafios únicos em sua adoção. Este estudo qualitativo e exploratório baseia-se em entrevistas com 24 empreendedores de startups de língua espanhola. A partir dessas entrevistas, a relevância dos vários fatores do modelo UTAUT 2 foi analisada neste grupo. Os resultados mostraram que alguns construtos, como expectativa de desempenho e expectativa de esforço, são relevantes, enquanto outros, como influência social e hábito, desempenham um papel menos significativo para os empreendedores. Além disso, são sugeridas adaptações ao modelo, considerando fatores como risco percebido e confiança percebida na tecnologia. Em conclusão, a aplicabilidade do UTAUT 2 a empreendedores é discutida, e melhorias potenciais são propostas para melhor atender às necessidades desse segmento populacional.
