Recently, series of experiments have been documented to validate the option for merit (to recognize the effort of the one that worked the most in a cooperation) in children from kindergarten in different cultures of the world. These documents have concluded, in the first place, that children in a young age are susceptible to merit, but in second place, that this inclination hides behind a preference for equality. The study presented here, thanks to a variation in the experimental design that makes emphasis in the virtuality content, allows to establish that Kogi children students from kindergarten when enunciating justice judgements opt directly for merit, it means, they do not show the referred main preference for equality.
