Controle de qualidade six sigma e indicadores de capacidade multivariada para avaliar o atendimento ao cliente em uma empresa de telefonia móvel

Resumo

A aplicação do Seis Sigma e do índice de capacidade multivariada permite a identificação de qualquer variabilidade presente no processo e determina se ela é aceitável ou não. Nesta pesquisa, utilizando o Seis Sigma e o índice de capacidade multivariada, são avaliadas as características de qualidade do atendimento ao cliente de uma empresa de telefonia móvel com seis canais para atender às necessidades de seus clientes. Dados primários foram utilizados para avaliar os resultados. Os resultados mostram um desempenho insatisfatório do processo durante o período do estudo. Isso contribui para a melhoria da qualidade do serviço, visto que os canais "site" e "linha telefônica" foram identificados como os mais críticos.
