Sistema de gestión de la investigación, desarrollo e innovación (I+D+i) en una empresa desarrolladora de software

Resumen

El objetivo del artículo es describir el diseño e implementación de un sistema de gestión de la I+D+i en la empresa desarrolladora de Software. Para ello, se revisó la literatura sobre capacidades dinámicas de innovación, se realizó un diagnóstico y se trazó una ruta metodológica de implementación del sistema, orientada al cierre de brechas organizacionales y a la estructuración del portafolio de proyectos de innovación. La metodología combinó estrategias cualitativas: el estudio de casos y la acción participante. Los resultados muestran que la empresa ha desarrollado mucho más sus capacidades de explotación de activos tecnológicos y comerciales, en comparación con las de exploración de conocimiento. Por ende, la propuesta de sistema de gestión de I+D+i pretende complementar la explotación con la exploración, mediante la intervención de la estrategia, la estructura, el talento humano y la cultura innovadora a partir de escenarios de actuación en lo estratégico, táctico y operativo.
