Este artículo es un avance del proyecto de investigación denominado “Las capacidades dinámicas en las organizaciones“. Pretende determinar la relación entre las capacidades dinámicas y la estrategia en las organizaciones, se propone un modelo de capacidades dinámicas, para conseguir este objetivo. se ha revisado la literatura relativa a investigaciones realizadas anteriormente sobre este enfoque teórico que, tras su aparición en la última década del siglo XX, ha tenido una rápida expansión en el ámbito académico de la dirección de empresa, teniendo en cuenta que las organizaciones están en procesos permanentes de cambio, fortalecimiento y renovaciones de sus capacidades; con base en el cual se determinan las variables que se utilizarán en esta investigación: capacidad de absorción; capacidad de innovación; capacidad de aprendizaje y capacidad de adaptación, además se proponen cinco hipótesis y finalmente unas conclusiones
