Reflexiones en torno a la economía del delito

En este documento se reflexiona acerca de la comisión de delitos. Los actores se determinan en función de la legitimidad,
es decir, con dolo o sin el en resultado de la defensa de vida vienes y honra. Se asume metodológicamente
que el hecho delincuencial es racional en tanto que persigue un lucro y está determinado por un cálculo intuitivo
del riesgo, así como por la posibilidad de tener una retribución suficiente estimada como ingresos esperados. En
esta lógica se puede asumir que existe una igualdad por parte del actor legítimo quien decide enfrentar o no al
delincuente justipreciando su riesgo también de manera intuitiva. A esta ecuación de equilibrio entre lo legítimo e
ilegítimo el Estado responde con políticas las cuales tienen dos extremos: una ejecutada por la institución especializada
o mediante la participación de los ciudadanos. Se pretende reflexionar acerca de una posible alternativa
para que el mix de las políticas gane en eficacia y eficiencia.
