Resumo

Para aquelas organizações que ainda gerenciam estruturas tradicionais, onde a segurança do trabalho presencial é predominante, a adaptação às novas modalidades de trabalho, incluindo o trabalho remoto, resulta em um processo de mudança desafiador em que os gestores precisam aprender e desenvolver estratégias e soft habilidades para liderar equipes de sucesso, destacando a liderança e a comunicação, como elementos-chave para alcançar objetivos comuns. Para tanto, propõe-se uma revisão bibliográfica, encontrando evidências que permitem inferir a incidência de soft skills em equipes de trabalho. Os resultados mostram que são aspectos como inteligência emocional, negociação/resolução de conflitos, trabalho em equipe e adaptabilidade, que juntamente com comunicação e liderança, são necessários para liderar equipes tanto presencialmente quanto virtualmente.
