Gerencia de Revistas Científicas: un concepto práctico que no se ha teorizado

Resumo

Busca descrever o conceito e os processos de Gestão de Periódicos Científicos, para unificar critérios teóricos em torno da gestão de periódicos. É realizada análise documental (revisão sistemática das bases de dados Web Of Science e Scopus), extraindo trabalhos que se referiam ao termo “gestão de periódicos” em seu conteúdo. Resultaram 61 documentos, dos quais, através dos critérios de exclusão, foram revisados um total de 36, acrescentando-se o termo “governança do periódico”, obtendo-se mais 2 artigos para consulta, além de 9 documentos adicionais. Conclui-se que o termo Gestão de Revistas é mencionado explicitamente em muitos desses artigos, mas que não existe até o momento um conceito totalmente desenvolvido.
