Inovação e resiliência empresarial: determinantes face às crises

Este documento visa determinar quais são os factores que, num ambiente de crise, levam as empresas a serem inovadoras e resilientes para superar as condições de risco. Por conseguinte, é utilizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura, na qual são incluídos 100 artigos publicados durante as últimas duas décadas. Foram encontradas seis categorias temáticas, para além de uma relação entre inovação e resiliência empresarial, porque a imersão das organizações num ambiente complexo e dinâmico torna-as conscientes da necessidade de melhorar continuamente os seus processos, produtos, serviços, estruturas e relações.
