Innovación y resiliencia empresarial: determinantes ante las crisis

Resumen

Este documento tiene como objetivo determinar cuáles son los factores que ante un ambiente de crisis llevan a las empresas a ser innovadoras y resilientes para superar las condiciones de riesgo. Por lo cual, se utiliza una revisión sistemática de literatura, en el que se incluyen 100 artículos publicados durante las últimas dos décadas. Se encontraron seis categorías temáticas, además de una relación entre la innovación y la resiliencia empresarial, debido a que la inmersión de las organizaciones en un entorno complejo y dinámico les crea conciencia sobre la necesidad de mejorar continuamente sus procesos, productos, servicios, estructuras y relaciones.

Su línea de investigación se enmarca en los estudios administrativos del turismo, cuya aplicación del conocimiento se ubica en las empresas turísticas en lo general y en la hotelería en particular; indagando sobre nuevas formas de gestión y dirección organizacional, en temas como la innovación, gestión tecnológica, responsabilidad social, gestión ambiental, gestión tecnológica, y ética empresarial.
