Evolução dos fintechs na Argentina

Resumo

O objetivo deste artigo é analisar a indústria de fintech na Argentina. A metodologia adota uma abordagem exploratória baseada na teoria Ator-Rede. Fontes de dados secundárias e o uso de três estudos de caso suportam a coleta de informações. Os resultados mostram que existem mais de cem fintechs. Os casos revelam que a principal vantagem competitiva da fintech é oferecer um serviço muito mais ágil, simples e em menos tempo do que um banco tradicional. Discutem-se idéias práticas sobre como criar efeitos de rede para capturar valor. A estrutura regulatória ainda está em desenvolvimento, o que representa um grande desafio para as empresas.
