Capacidade de resposta e satisfação no SUS: uma análise da microrregião de Lavras – Minas Gerais

O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a qualidade do serviço público de saúde prestado no contexto das Redes de Atenção à Saúde da microrregião de Lavras (MG). Foram realizadas entrevistas com 84 envolvidos no processo de prestação de serviços; uma revisão sistemática sobre o tema e posterior adaptação da Escala Servperf. A nova ferramenta foi aplicada a 321 usuários de três municípios. Os dados foram analisados com análise fatorial exploratória e análise de regressão múltipla. Mostra-se que a percepção de qualidade em serviços de saúde, neste contexto, pode ser mensurada através de sete dimensões mostrando-se como os preditores mais fortes da satisfação.
