Capacidad de respuesta y satisfacción en el SUS: un análisis de la micro región de Lavras – Minas Gerais

Resumen

El objetivo de este trabajo fue evaluar la calidad del servicio de salud pública prestado en el contexto de las Redes de Atención Médica en la micro región de Lavras (MG). Se realizaron 84 entrevistas con personas involucradas en el proceso de prestación de servicios y la posterior adaptación de la escala de Servperf. La nueva herramienta se aplicó a 321 usuarios de tres municipios pertenecientes. Los datos se analizaron con análisis factorial exploratorio y análisis de regresión múltiple. Se muestra que la percepción de calidad en los servicios de salud, en este contexto, se puede medir a través de siete dimensiones mostrándose como los predictores más fuertes de satisfacción.
