Resumen

Este trabalho procura contribuir para a literatura sobre gestão estratégica em micro e pequenas empresas de base tecnológica, ao identificar principais características do comportamento estratégico. O método de pesquisa utilizado foi o qualitativo, baseado em estudos de casos. A pesquisa indica que o comportamento estratégico em micro e pequenas empresas de base tecnológica abrange a definição de estratégias competitivas e de inovação e alocação de recursos organizacionais para inovar e desenvolver capacidades dinâmicas, detectando alterações no ambiente externo, mobilizando e reconfigurando recursos, para auxiliar essas empresas a se adaptarem às demandas de mercado e obterem vantagens competitivas.
