Job satisfaction in public institutions: A systematic review of the scientific literature 2018-2022

The purpose of the research was to analyze the influence of job satisfaction in public institutions on the growth of SMEs. Therefore, a systematic review of the scientific literature was used as a rigorous method to analyze the scientific knowledge available in the last 5 years. In conclusion,
the results revealed 37 points in 2018, 59 points in 2019, 58 points in 2020, 68 points in 2021, 82 points in 2021, and 93 points in 2022. The search for information acts as a compass that guides an organization toward success and happiness, creating a work environment in which employees feel valued, engaged, motivated, and capable of achieving their goals.
