This research seeks to identify the good practices that microenterprises have adopted to stay in the market in the face of any crisis situation, through a comparison of what was found in a literature review and web analysis against the construction of case studies.
The results showed that microentrepreneurs focus on liquidity and adaptation to face a crisis. Likewise, quality and stakeholder relations are highlighted as important factors. Finally, the actions or habits taken before a crisis influence the ability to respond to them.
