Work-family culture, work-family balance and perceived performance

El presente estudio analiza la relación entre Cultura trabajo-familia, Equilibrio trabajo-familia y desempeño percibido de los trabajadores de una empresa de retail de la Región Metropolitana, basados en el Modelo de Organizaciones Saludables y Resilientes. Se realizó un análisis cuantitativo a 162 trabajadores, a los cuales se les aplicó, el Cuestionario de Interacción Trabajo-Familia (SWING), el Cuestionario de Cultura trabajo-familia y la Escala de Desempeño In rol y Extra rol. Se observa una relación positiva y significativa entre la cultura y el equilibrio trabajo-familia (p < 0.01; r = .53), entre cultura trabajo-familia y desempeño percibido (p < 0.01; r = .24) y entre equilibrio trabajo-familia y desempeño percibido (p < 0.01; r = .21) de los trabajadores. Se concluye la existencia de una relación significativa de interdependencia positiva entre las variables, sin embargo, es baja para la variable Desempeño Percibido, por lo tanto, para estudios posteriores, se sugiere ampliar la muestra y orientar esta variable tanto a factores organizacionales como sociodemográficos.
