Innovation and business resilience: determinants facing the crises

The purpose of this paper is to determine which factors in a crises environment lead companies to be innovative and resilient in order to overcome risk conditions. Therefore, a systematic literature review is used, including 100 articles published during the last two decades. Six thematic categories were found, and a relationship between innovation and business resilience, due to the immersion of organizations in a complex and dynamic environment makes them aware of the need to continuously improve their processes, products, services, structures and relationships.
