Gobierno corporativo y ética: un análisis bibliométrico

Resumen

En los últimos años, la relación entre el Gobierno Corporativo y la Ética Organizacional ha tomado especial relevancia en la evolución de las estrategias competitivas de las empresas, dada la necesaria relación entre las estructuras y procesos para la dirección organizacional con los propósitos socio-económicos y ambientales de dichas acciones. El presente artículo busca desarrollar un análisis bibliométrico, desde lo científico y estadístico, a fin de estudiar la estructura de la reciente literatura sobre dicha relación; así mismo, examinar cómo las diversidades de contextos en administración influyen en la reputación de la empresa, de manera directa o indirecta. Como resultado, se observa que investigar sobre el impacto del gobierno corporativo en las empresas ha ayudado a que las instituciones cumplan de forma transparente con las principales necesidades y expectativas de la sociedad. En el mismo contexto, se generaron propuestas de directrices sobre su ejercicio, buscando transparencia, objetividad y equidad.
