COOPERACIÓN E INTEGRACIÓN EN LA GESTIÓN DE LA CADENA DE SUMINISTROS EN PYMES DEL CALZADO EN LA CIUDAD DE BOGOTÁ

El artículo sintetiza los resultados de la investigación Grados de cooperación e integración en la gestión de la cadena de suministros para las Pymes del calzado en El Restrepo en Bogotá. El objetivo se centró en estudiar las intensidades de la integración y la cooperación productivo/empresarial asociadas a la fabricación y comercialización de calzado. Se desagrega el documento en la problematización; seguido de los asuntos de articulación entre método/metodología; el análisis de los resultados y las conclusiones. Se asumió un método cuantitativo/cualitativo, a partir de abordar las Pymes desde los planos racional económico, socio-psico-cultural y sistémico-complejo. Para ello se adoptó un enfoque teórico desde la propuesta de los sistemas sociales y de la teoría empresarial de cadena de suministro y de gestión de la cadena de suministro. Se determinó como resultado del trabajo la existencia de una débil cadena de integración en la aglomeración, lo que conlleva bajos niveles de competitividad para afrontar los cambios del mercado en un contexto de globalización económica.
