Quality practices are a strategic factor for competitiveness in Supply Chain Management. For this reason, we make an exhaustive review of the literature to know what academic contributions have been made to the study of the interrelation between quality practices and the sustainable performance of supply chains. The results show a growing research interest in the last six years, the need to quantify the impact of quality practices on the sustainable performance of the supply chain by appropriate quality tools.
