The above is carried out with a mixed approach methodology, in a type of descriptive and socio-legal research, with a gender perspective, which reviews legal advances in the defense of women’s rights, especially the right not to be the object of any type of violence,i t also consults some officials and the victims, to learn about their experience and mainly their difficulties in exercising their right of access to justice.
