A diagnosis of accessibility and inaccessibility for people with disabilities in Barranquilla and its Metropolitan Area

This article, which is based on research carried out by the Legal Office, explores whether or not public policies are applicable in relation to accessibility in public transport, roads and infrastructure for people with disabilities or functional diversity in the city of Barranquilla and its Metropolitan area between the period between 2016 and 2017. The field of interest is focused on the legal problem which is to determine, if in fact public and private entities comply with and contribute to the public policies regarding accessibility.Published
