Gender as a differential approach in Special Jurisdiction for Peace: A look at the law enforcement process

Historically and for more than five decades, In Colombia there has been an internal armed conflict. As a result of this armed conflict, the impact on the protection, enjoyment and exercise of the human rights of all the people who live in the territory and more specifically in areas of armed conflict that has generated the commission of serious violations of human rights and infractions of international humanitarian law. The efforts that the Colombian government has taken to overcoming this armed conflict has been evident in the peace processes that several governments have attempted with guerrilla groups and paramilitary groups.Published
