Impact of the summary process in Colombia: operability and normative adjustment from the Theory of Normative Transplantation, analysis of the problem of judicial congestion.

This article develops subjects related to the impact that the novelty of the summary procedure in Colombia,
from an analysis related to operational and regulatory adjustment from the Theory of Normative Transplant
performed for implementing this into the Colombian legal system. Therefore, an analysis of the problem of
court congestion is aimed, drawing questions such as How is defined the summary procedure in Colombia?
How is its focused operability thereof within the Colombian legal system? What is the relevance of it, seen
from the theory of transplantation (Comparative Law) Policy? What are the implications of this process in
the policy of unblocking the judicial system? Giving a thoughtful criticism and recommendations based on
statistical analysis of actual operation of courts in Colombia, with which attempt to respond to the implications
of this process in the policy of unblocking the judiciary branch, looking at it from a logical approach,
prioritizing Indeed, under what is called Colombia payment procedure, and its regulation in the New General
Code of Procedure.
