Organizational Climate and Psychological Health: An Organizational Duality

This paper investigates the organizational climate from the perspective of the psychological needs of workers; in the absence of studies tend to find processes for improving the mental health of workers in organizations. This work allowed delving into the psychological implications of workers within organizations that do not prioritize generating a motivating organizational climate. In a stratified sample of 350 two Ecuadorian workers, public and private organizations, the measurement scale of organizational climate adapted by Chiang (2011), authors Koys & DeCotiis, (1991) is applied, and the psychological implications workers through an instrument based on questionnaires (MBIGS), (BMS II) and (CAT 21). Organizational factors that affect and relations the quality of life of workers in organizations and labor relation context with being at work are discussed.
Resumen
Este trabajo investiga el clima organizacional desde la perspectiva de las necesidades psicológicas de los trabajadores, ante la carencia de estudios que tiendan a buscar procesos de mejoramiento de la salud psicológica de los trabajadores en las organizaciones, permitiendo profundizar en las implicaciones psicológicas de los trabajadores dentro de organizaciones que no dan prioridad a la generación de un clima organizacional motivador, con muestra de 350 trabajadores de dos organizaciones ecuatorianas: una pública y una privada, se aplica la escala de medición del clima organizacional adaptada por Chiang (2011), de los autores Koys & DeCotiis (1991), y las implicaciones psicológicas en los trabajadores a través de un instrumento, basado en los cuestionarios (MBIGS), (BMS II) y (CAT 21). Donde se discuten y relacionan los factores organizacionales que afectan la calidad de vida de los trabajadores en las organizaciones y la relación del contexto laboral con su bienestar en el trabajo.
Resumo
Este artigo investiga o clima organizacional a partir da perspectiva das necessidades psicológicas dos trabalhadores, na ausência de estudos tendem a encontrar processos para melhorar a saúde psicológica dos empregados nas organizações, permitindo aprofundar as implicações psicológicas para trabalhadores no interior das organizações não priorizam a geração de um clima organizacional motivador, com amostra de 350 trabalhadores de duas organizações equatorianas: uma pública e outra privada, a escala de medição de clima organizacional adaptado por Chiang (2011) aplica-se, os autores Koys & DeCotiis (1991), e as implicações psicológicas nos trabalhadores através de um instrumento com base em questionários (MBIGS (BMS), II) e (CAT 21). Onde são discutidas e relacionadas com fatores organizacionais que afetam a qualidade de vida dos trabalhadores nas organizações e contexto relação de trabalho com estar no trabalho.
