Financial planning is a management tool that creates value by evaluating the strategies and plans to be developed by an organization, based on projected financial statements following the strategic plans and indicators that measure the creation of value. Therefore, the purpose is to analyze the relationship between financial planning and profitability in the company CFC CAFARCOL S.A.S., in the period 07/16/2021 until 12/01/2021, after a period between 2016 and 2021 where its performance deteriorated operational performance with increases in sales and distribution expenses and deficiencies in sales costs to support said growth and, in the process, destroyed value. For this, a mixed descriptive-correlational approach methodology was used, with an analytical method. Additionally, a content analysis was carried out.
