Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar a percepção dos valores organizacionais para funcionários de organizações
no setor de serviços. Para isso foi tomado um levantamento quantitativo de 332 pessoas do setor. Os
resultados mostraram que, apesar de os valores prevalecentes, conservação, hierarquia e dominação, têm
uma gestão conservadora e hierárquica, com foco nos valores que controlam os processos internos, o que
traz aspectos negativos a essas organizações.
