Abstract

This project addresses the need to improve the quality of sleep in women from Barranquilla by identifying the lack of specialized garments that integrate well-being, comfort, and aesthetics. The central question was: How can a line of pajamas contribute to the quality of sleep of the female population of Barranquilla starting in 2025? A mixed research methodology was applied, including surveys, market analysis, and technical studies. The result was the development of a business plan for a pajama brand using thermoregulatory textiles and aromatherapy, adapted to local climatic and cultural conditions. It is concluded that the integration of fashion, functionality, and health represents an innovative opportunity for clothing design in warm urban contexts.
