Abstract

Los cambios en general que se han presentado en las dos (2) últimas décadas en aspectos como: globalización, Internet, tecnologías de las comunicaciones, tratados de libre comercio, economía internacional, la política, entre otros aspectos; ha ocasionado que nuevas organizaciones hayan surgido producto de las necesidades del mismo entorno, otras han adaptado sus procesos de acuerdo con los cambios que le impone su ámbito, pero también ha ocurrido que organizaciones con muchos años de experiencia, tradición y subsistencia en los mercados nacionales e internacionales  hayan desaparecido.
