Metodología para la selección de motor en los procesos de extrusión.

El trabajo actual presenta la metodología implementada para determinar la potencia requerida en motores para el proceso de extrusión de arcilla, la fuerza requerida para mover la arcilla dentro de la extrusora se establece al solucionar las ecuaciones diferenciales parciales que describen el fenómeno de transporte del proceso, las cuales deben ser reducidas desde su forma generalizada para poder obtener una solución analítica, el criterio utilizado para reducir las ecuaciones fue de significancia, el modelo fue comparado con una extrusora real y se determinó con los valores del motor que el error porcentual fue de 10.67%.
