Abstract
The objective of this research is to present four future scenarios of the network of businesses of the municipality of Sevilla and Caicedonia Valle del Cauca Colombia, an input for collective reflection and decision making regarding a desired future. These were elaborated through the application of the SWOT Prospective methods, the Régnier Abacus, scenarios and Impact Intensity Evaluation Matrix, achieving as a result the identification of the strategic situation, the present and future perceptions of the actors and experts in relation to key success factors and finally the formulation of strategic challenges for the bet scenario.
