Abstract

EIMILS-ARC is an applicative for scientific, military, exploration, analysis, and information search purposes. The idea of implementing this applicative was born as an alternative to evaluate the implementation and maturity levels of the logistics elements of the ILS within the National Navy for the subsequent definition of the maintenance concept of the Strategic Surface Platform PES, based on a methodology designed in a particular way for this purpose that integrates ILS concepts and maturity models, proposing instruments for collecting information, measuring, evidential support and presentation of results.

This article illustrates the design and development of the applicative, its stages are exposed, within the framework of an applied and correlational research, where knowledge in analysis and software design related to it are used. The goal is that the Applicative, once developed, complies with its pre-established parameters for the collection and subsequent analysis of the information.
