Abstract

The purpose of this research is to propose a photovoltaic system as a sustainable alternative for the improvement of the provision of electric energy service in the Municipal Municipality of Dibulla. Methodologically, it presents a mixed approach, using an analytical, non-experimental transactional, field, documentary research design, with a descriptive study type and secondary information sources. A survey of 68 subjects from the address and extension of the Dibulla municipal government (La Guajira) was used, using a 26-item questionnaire with multiple response options, validated by (2) experts, by Alfa Cronbach reflected 0.95 of reliability. The derivations found identify the inefficiency that the energy operator presents in the provision of the service, at the same time a diagram of the Grid-Connected Photovoltaic system is presented, based on the consumption and electrical characteristics of the building. Concluding that the design of the photovoltaic system interconnected to the Dibulla municipal mayor's network will originate in this subsystem, a new culture of efficiency and energy saving through the use of renewable sources that will contribute to improving the working conditions of both administrative and operational.
