Abstract

Indudablemente es durante los tiempos de guerra cuando el ingenio humano más se manifiesta, y aunque no nos encontramos frente a una guerra entre naciones, la pandemia actual de Covid-19, en algunos casos, ha obligado a tomar medidas de guerra para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los gobiernos a nivel mundial, de manera que se logre continuar con la vida en sociedad, y en términos generales garantizar nuestra supervivencia.
