This article is the product of a reflection exercise and the experience obtained as a teacher for many years in
the law program in which I have had to base the interdisciplinary nature of the program in its curricular
structure, as well as the teachings and learnings that He worked as a methodological, research and teaching
advisor in legal sociology courses, among others of a socio-humanistic nature.
The dizzying changes produced since the end of the 20th century in the field of information and communications technologies, accelerating the digitalization of culture, the advance of artificial intelligence, developments in the field of neuroscience, the awakening of consciousness . universal demand for human rights, the growing interest in environmental values, as a consequence of climate change and the disproportionate abuse
of fossil energies, the emergence of new social movements, globalization, and the tensions produced by new
conflicts in the field of global geopolitics due to the configuration of different poles of power (multipolarity);
Added to the weakening of the institutions that gave rise to modernity, they have influenced the ways of conceiving education and therefore a current of thought has been generated in the educational field that calls forovercoming disciplinary approaches and calling for transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary teaching.
Jairo Enrique Ibarra Lozano

This approach fosters social well-being on university campuses, contributing to comprehensive and competent training. In today’s context, globalization demands significant changes in organizations, challenging them to adapt to new trends and demands. This article develops an inductive perspective to analyze the origins of social responsibility, reflects on its impact on universities as agents of change, and presents administrative management strategies to strengthen organizational and social change in higher education.
Héctor Iván Pacheco LópezPedro de Jesús Arias GómezValentina Milena Ortega CerpaAlexander Cabrera Cuellar
