<p>Es de gran interés resaltar lo que establece el artículo 13.2 de la Ley 1957 de 2019, en lo que respecta a la centralidad de los derechos de las víctimas, en el entendido de que “uno de los principios orientadores de la JEP es el de la aplicación de una justicia restaurativa que preferentemente busca la restauración del daño causado y la reparación de las victimas afectadas por el conflicto, especialmente para acabar la situación de exclusión social que les haya provocado la victimización”. También se aplica la justicia restaurativa para la atención prioritaria a las necesidades y dignidad de las víctimas, aplicándose con un enfoque integral que garantiza la justicia, la verdad y la no repetición de lo ocurrido.<br /><br /></p>Claudia Maria León Manosalva
