Impact of Soft Skills on the administrative processes of Organizations

This issue of the Scientific Journal Dimensiona Empresarial highlights some of the effects that organizations face in various day-to-day activities, although they have a technical explanation related to the context in which some companies are circumscribed in their own environment, as was the case of the negative results caused by the economic crisis related, for example, to the 2008 subprime crisis or the Covid 19 pandemic in 2020; but it is possible to show that organizations, when facing various challenges in their actions within the decision-making process, the soft skills of their leaders and managers are becoming more important today and this becomes a catalyst or even an inducer within strategic planning processes.

For those organizations that still manage traditional structures, where the security of face-to-face work is predominant, adapting to new work modalities, including remote work, is a challenging process of change in which managers need to learn and develop strategies and soft skills to lead successful teams, highlighting leadership and communication as key elements for the achievement of common objectives. For these purposes, a bibliographic review is proposed, finding evidence that allows inferring the incidence of soft skills in work teams. The results show that aspects such as emotional intelligence, negotiation/conflict resolution, teamwork and adaptability, together with communication and leadership, are necessary to manage teams both in face-to-face and virtual environments.

Competitive MSMEs through Covid-19 in Mexico. Resilience indicators.

The objective of this research was to identify resilience indicators related to the survival of Mexican MSMEs during the health and economic contingency associated with Covid-19; as well as the profile of companies that have improved their level of competitiveness. The research is quantitative, correlational in scope and non-experimental in design. As analysis techniques, descriptive statistics, t-student hypothesis test, K-Means cluster analysis and discriminant analysis were used.

It was found that 29% of the MSMEs considered in the study improved their level of sales during the pandemic; The dimension where statistically significant differences are observed is customer loyalty, corresponding to the relationship variable; and there is a resilience profile in companies that have managed to increase their competitiveness, whose characteristics are a high level of customer loyalty, a high level of relationship management with stakeholders and moderate levels of technological surveillance and management, savings and reinvestment .

Impact of electronic invoicing on the competitiveness and innovation of footwear exporting companies in Barranquilla, 2019-2021.

The objective of this research is to determine the impact of electronic invoicing on the competitiveness and innovation of footwear exporting companies in Barranquilla, 2019-2021. Based on the principles and theories of international electronic invoicing, Decree 1929 of 2007, Decree 1349 of 2016 and the DIAN financing law; Surveys were conducted with 12 footwear companies, identified by the DANE ANDA survey, on the most important billing processes in the growth of sales in the sector. During the pandemic, footwear exporting companies increased their export invoices, going from five monthly invoices with 2,435 pairs of shoes in 2019 to 15 monthly invoices with 6,993 pairs in 2021, that is, the electronic invoicing process, advertising and scanning as a sales strategy to sustain themselves during the pandemic, where they multiplied the value of their exports.

Stress factors and anger in the risks of road accidents of workers of a healthy company

Deaths and injuries in traffic accidents are a growing global public health problem, with nearly 1.25 million people dying each year (WHO, 2015). This article seeks to determine the stress,anger, and driving styles of the drivers of a home health care and patient transfer services company in Barranquilla. A descriptive study was undertaken with a population of 100 drivers.
80% of these present reactions due to exposure to negative conditions such as traffic congestion, delays in timely service hours, anxiety, stress, exhaustion, high workload, anger oranger. Proving that this work exercise can be very high risk.

Effects of Working Capital Management on the Profitability of auto parts marketing companies in the city of Barranquilla

The purpose of this article is to analyze the relationship between Working Capital Management (GKT) and Profitability in several auto parts trading companies in the city of Barranquilla; Therefore, a correlational analysis was carried out between these variables, using the financial information from the SIIU database of the Superintendency of Companies of Colombia, corresponding to 4 accounting periods of 8 companies. Where a disparity was evident in the behavior of their GKT and Profitability indicators, 50% presented a high degree of variation in these same indicators year after year, a situation that requires a more exhaustive segmentation of the population studied in order to obtain hypotheses applicable to the business sector.
