This was addressed through a quantitative, correlational, non-experimental design. A non-probability quota sample of 382 residents of the Tarapoto district was used to administer a questionnaire. The main results were high in corporate image (57.5%) and customer satisfaction (72%). A moderate and positive relationship was also found, with a correlation coefficient of 0.473, indicating that most customers have a positive perception of supermarkets, leading to satisfaction with the service received.
2025-07-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jhonatan Tapia Gutiérrez, Milena Euliza Acuña Velásquez, Mario Manuel Siles Natehttp://ojs.uac.edu.co/index.php/dimension-empresarial/article/view/3813Six sigma quality control and multivariate capability indicators to assess customer service in a mobile phone company2025-07-30T20:07:38+00:00Adel Mendoza Mendozaadel.mendoza@uniatlantico.edu.co
The application of Six Sigma and the multivariate capability index allows for the identification of any variability present in the process and determines whether it is acceptable or not. In this research, using Six Sigma and the multivariate capability index, the customer service quality characteristics of a mobile phone company with six channels to meet its customers' needs are evaluated. Primary data was used to

evaluate the results. The results show poor process performance during the study period. This helps improve service quality, as the "website" and "phone line" channels were identified as the most critical.
2025-07-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Adel Mendoza Mendozahttp://ojs.uac.edu.co/index.php/dimension-empresarial/article/view/3814Social responsibility practices and corporate image in micro and small enterprises (Mypes) in the textile sector2025-07-30T20:50:13+00:00Daniel Roblesdaroblesfa@gmail.comRomán Junior Balvín Azañarbalvina@ucvvirtual.edu.peRicherd Homero Rodas Cuevarrodasc@ucvvirtual.edu.pSharon Astidia Salazar Vivancossalazarv@ucvvirtual.edu.peDavid Flores Zafradfloresz@ucvvirtual.edu.pe
The study aimed to understand how SMEs in the textile sector located in the Lima metropolitan area manage their social responsibility practices, as well as how this relates to their corporate image.
