The tenders for subcontracted activities (97 cases) are analyzed, being able to determine the percentage level assigned to the evaluation criteria in public tenders, especially the criterion "conditions of employment and remuneration", related to the working conditions of the workers of said subcontracted companies. A statistical-descriptive analysis was carried out, applying logistic regression, to find cause-effect variables; it was established that the variables "profit margin" and "accreditation" positively impact the factor "employment and working conditions"; On the other hand, the "size" factor, expressed as "enrollment", negatively affects said criterion, these three variables being significant.
2024-10-22T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Luis Améstica-Rivashttp://ojs.uac.edu.co/index.php/dimension-empresarial/article/view/3551Scientific journal management: a practical concept that has not been theorized.2024-05-14T19:37:21+00:00Francisco Ganga-Contrerasfranciscoganga@academicos.uta.clWileidys Artigaswartigas@uac.edo.coWendolin Suárez-Amayawileartigas@gmail.comIlya Casanova-Romeroilya.casanova@uleam.edu.ec
It seeks to describe the concept and processes of the Management of Scientific Journals, to unify theoretical criteria around the management of journals. Documentary analysis (systematic review of Web Of Science and Scopus databases) is carried out, extracting papers that refer to the term "journal management" in their content. A total of 61 documents resulted, of which, through the exclusion criteria, a total of 36 were reviewed, adding the term "journal governance", obtaining 2 more articles for consultation, in addition to 9 additional documents. It is concluded that the term Magazine Management is explicitly named in many of these articles, but that to date there is no fully developed concept.
2024-10-22T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Wileidys Artigas, Wendolin Suárez-Amaya, Ilya Casanova-Romero, Francisco Ganga-Contrerashttp://ojs.uac.edu.co/index.php/dimension-empresarial/article/view/3461Work stress and resilience in a public university in Chile: perceptions of teleworking in times of pandemic2024-03-01T19:04:14+00:00 Francisco Ganga-Contrerasfranciscoganga@academicos.uta.clCarlos Salazar-Botelclomauricio@ubiobio.clPaulo Fossattipaulo.fossatti@unilasalle.edu.brYohana Muñoz-Jaraymunoz@ubiobio.clCristiane Pozzebomcristiane.pozzebom@unilasalle.edu.br
The objective is to analyze the resilience and work stress of the administrative staff of this university in times of pandemic (Covid-19) and its relationship with the perception of telework. The methodology is quantitative with descriptive-correlational scope, where 251 employees participated (non-probabilistic sampling). It is evidenced a high level of resilience of the employees, low level of work stress and a positive perception of telework. Resilience presents an inverse relationship with work stress and a direct relationship with the perception of telework. The relevance of resilience in the work context studied in the face of adverse conditions is demonstrated.

2024-10-22T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Carlos Salazar-Botelclohttp://ojs.uac.edu.co/index.php/dimension-empresarial/article/view/3471Key dimensions of organizational culture: from the company to the public sector in Mexico2024-03-01T17:51:37+00:00Francisco Ganga Contrerasfranciscoganga@uta.clOswaldo Leyva-Corderooswaldo.leyva@uanl.mxGabriela Baltodano-Garcíabaltodanogabriela@gmail.comNicolás Barrientos-Oradininbarriento@uahurtado.cl
It seeks to comparatively analyze two cultural ecosystems: one of an organizational nature (commercial companies), the other institutional (Mexican public universities). The organizational culture is evaluated to determine key dimensions in both scenarios. The Denison model was used, which has allowed the generalization of results in several Latin American countries, as well as in various contexts, so it is pertinent to propose it to be implemented in this case under four cultural dimensions: (1) Consistency, (2) Participation, (3) Adaptability and (4) Mission. The research design is cross-sectional, with a quantitative methodological approach, using intentional non-probabilistic sampling by criteria. The results made it possible to identify bilateral meanings in all the proposed cultural dimensions, highlighting: "mission" and "participation". It was evidenced that there are bilateral meanings in all the cultural dimensions raised.
2024-10-22T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Francisco Ganga Contreras, Dr. Leyvahttp://ojs.uac.edu.co/index.php/dimension-empresarial/article/view/3462Media discourse on chilean dynamic capacities2024-03-01T19:06:51+00:00David Álvarez-Maldonadojewwerwqr@hotmail.comNicolás Barrientos Oradininbarrientos@corp.umc.clCarlos Aparicio Puentescarlos.aparicio@profe.umc.clAlejandro Álvarez-Guarateguaaalvarezg@utem.clAlberto Amón Jadueaamonj@ucsh.clMauricio Araneda Reyesmaraneda@uahurtado.cl
Within the social and economic context of Chile, a qualitative investigation is conducted aiming to describe the conceptual characteristics of media discourses associated with the dynamic capabilities of organizations. This paper studies the case of the company Aceromac. This firm has been forced to improve its value proposition and its business model. The way to face this challenge was through the application of Model 5d, which proposes an adaptation to the Balanced Scorecard (CMI) model and establishes as a basis the development of awareness in the organization's decision-making. Among the results obtained, it is observed that after the application of the model, there has been an improvement in the variation of sales (7.5%), even exceeding the proposed goal (7%).
2024-10-22T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Juan Carlos Armijoshttp://ojs.uac.edu.co/index.php/dimension-empresarial/article/view/3463Sustainability, sustainability and corporate social responsibility new scenarios?2024-03-01T18:26:42+00:00Karen Ziller-Carvajalkziller@santotomas.clJuan Carlos Armijosjarmijos@santotomas.clNicolás Barrientos-Oradininbarriento@uahurtado.clCarlos Aparicio-Puentescarlos.aparicio@profe.umc.clMauricio Araneda-Reyesmaraneda@uahurtado.clAlberto Amón-Jadueaamonj@ucsh.cl
The objective of the study focuses on analyzing the impact of the economic-social crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic on the sustainability, sustainability and social responsibility of companies in Chile.
